Technical issues and HOWTO

In order to be a member of the Bush Sucks Web Ring and Directory you must first have your own website featuring relevant anti-Bush content. Once you have a site, you can proceed to register your URL. This means that a volunteer editor will review the site to make sure it is appropriate. If you are joining the webring, you must place the HTML code for the "control panel" on your site. This code will be given to you when you register through the browser, and it will also be sent to the email address you give. The code snippet will contain an ID number that is specific to your site, so you must include the code exactly as it is given to you.
